30-day returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and include all hardware.
Core returns
Core-charge items (alternators, starters, etc.) must be returned to receive your core credit. Ship the old core back within 30 days using the prepaid label.
Non-returnable items
Electrical parts that have been installed, special-order items, and hazardous materials cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Log in to your account, find the order, and click "Request return". You will receive a prepaid shipping label by email within one business day.
